Establishment of the BUMN School of Excellence Project Management Office by the Ministry of SOE.

Delivered 40 advanced, signature, and thematic leadership programs for over 5,000 SOE leaders.

The BUMN School of Excellence (BSE) was founded to drive transformative leadership and innovation within Indonesia’s State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), preparing them to thrive in an increasingly dynamic and complex global environment. Officially established as a legal entity in 2023, BSE embodies the vision of “Nurturing Leaders for Indonesia with Global Quality and Local Wisdom”, reflecting its commitment to producing leaders who can balance global competitiveness with deep-rooted local values.
